Abstract:

Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is a rare tumor of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, with clinical manifestations of nasal obstruction, epistaxis, and rhinorrhea. CASE REPORT: A 76-year-old woman with an immunohistochemical diagnosis of diffuse large cell lymphoma received treatment with chemotherapy (R-CHOP) with full remission of the tumor. The sequel was a lesion on the nasal side wall, and she underwent nasal reconstructive surgery. Discussion: B-cell lymphoma is less common and less aggressive than T/NK cell lymphoma. CONCLUSION: Lymphoma should be part of the differential diagnosis of nasal lesions.
