Extramedullary plasmacytoma (EMP) is a rare entity belonging to the category of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. EMPs make up 4% of all plasma cell tumors and most cases (80%) occur in the upper aerodigestive tract. We report a case of a 57-year-old, female patient with a nasal mass that had developed over two years and extended to the nasopharynx and the oropharynx at the time of presentation. She was treated with naso-sinusal endoscopic surgery; immunohistochemical examination led to the diagnosis of plasmacytoma. She was subsequently referred for hematological evaluation.
