Abstract:

NAF Patient, 52 year old, female, came to our otolaryngologic service featuring dizzy roundabout at bedtime for about 40 days without neurovegetative symptoms, but with bilateral tinnitus associated with the frame. HPP: Hypertension and dyslipidaemia. ORL Physical Examination unchanged. Audiometry: sensorineural hearing loss bilaterally with slight discrimination of 100% on both sides; Tympanogram bilateral type. Vectoelectronystagmography: disorder peripheral vestibular irritative nature, with clear predominance of positional vertigo. The patient was then subjected to treatment by Epley Maneuver, showing complete remission of symptoms after the second session of therapy.
