CONCLUSION: toso patient with suspected orbital abscess subperisostic should be hospitalized and receive antibiotics intravenously, and receive a strict control eye and should have imaging studies that allow visualizing the topography of the lesion. Before treatment of the table should be made to surgical drainage.
