INTRODUCTION: The surgery of rhinoplasty with the use of graft of sliced cartilage became popular has 70 years, but soon World War II was substituted by silica after. In 2000, the use of graft of cartilage sliced in rhinoplasty was remembered by Erol with the publication of the "Turkish delight". The necessary control in the long run on the contour and the tax of resorption of graft can be difficult to reach. In an attempt to alleviate these problems, the use of cartilage in cubes wrapped in some type of support has been white of interest. Thus, Daniel and Calvert had considered cartilage cut rolled up in fascia antilogous. Grafts have been used frequently each bigger time in rhinoplasty. The objective of this study is to describe a series of cases being used grafts of cartilage in slices in the nasal back. SERIES OF CASES: The details of the present study 50 primary and secondary grafts aesthetic rhinoplasty using of cartilage sliced in different configurations during a retrospective study. CONCLUSION: Increase of the nasal back using antilogous cartilage remains a demanding task in rhinoplasty. The grafts of cartilage in slices reverse speed-emerged as a viable method for nasal reconstruction in such a way in primary and secondary rhinoplasty. The Surgical stirs up reply inflammatory, with absorption subsequent of graft, to the step that the fascia minimizes the inflammatory reply of the cartilage, preserving the health.
