INTRODUCTION: The surgery of rhinoplasty with the use of graft of sliced cartilage became popular has 70 years, but soon World War II was substituted by silica after. In 2000, the use of graft of cartilage sliced in rhinoplasty was remembered by Erol with the publication of the "Turkish delight". The necessary control in the long run on the contour and the tax of resorption of graft can be difficult to reach.
