Laryngeal Tuberculosis is an infectious granulomatous disease of the larynx most common and is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. In the past had significant mortality, decreased with the advent of polymicrobial therapy. Early diagnosis and adherence to treatment of this entity helps to prevent complications. It presents the approach of a case of laryngeal tuberculosis, emphasizing the importance of including tuberculosis in the differential diagnosis of laryngeal cases of chronic dysphonia and laryngeal lesion.
