Objective: This research was carried through had to the great number of children arrives at the doctor's office complaining of alterations of: hearing/says/to language and/or learning. False deficient the auditory ones. Material and method: We follow the development of 30 children, all with described alterations above, both the genders. All had had attendance with ORL/allergy and phonoaudiology. Result: Of the evaluated children and in treatment for a period of 2 years, they presented tube dysfunction and some cases of otitis. Result: The children with respiratory allergy had tube dysfunction saziona, becoming-sell "False deficient auditory". It is of the crisis the child listening inside of normality and in crisis it presents alterations in its hearing. It is a hearing that floats providing damages to the development.
