SYNDROME OF THE DEHISCENCE OF INITIAL CANAL SUPERIOR SEMICIRCULAR WITHOUT SYMPTOMS

Abstract:

The syndrome of the dehiscence of the superior semicircular canal mainly characterizes for induced initial symptoms for intense sonorous stimulations or pressure alterations, had to the dehiscence of the osseous layer that recovers the Superior Semicircular Channel. We tell to a case of the syndrome with presence of pulsating tinnitus and auricular fullness, in the absence of initial symptoms. The symptoms and signals of the syndrome are rare obvious, being necessary to precede minimum inquiry enough to move away or to become most likely its diagnosis, being prevented inappropriate boarding.
