Abstract: |
Patient, 27 years, initiated picture of bilateral hypoacusia has 3 years with aural, intense tinnitus, itching and othorrea fullness, worse to left, with pictures of external otitis of repetition. To the otoscopy compatible image of stricture of external acoustic meatus was verified complete (MOTHER), bilateral. The tonal audiometry evidenced moderate conductive dyacusis bilaterally. To the TC of secular bones it evidences: "formation of material with attenuation of soft parts occupying the external auditory conduits, obliterating all the lumen. It has osseous sclerosis of the edges. However, it does not have stricture osseous. "Preserved average ear and mastoidities". The patient was submitted canuloplasty in left ear associate the tympanoplasty, for access to retroauricular. Removed the fabric structured that was under TM, this with 2 small perforations, one placed graft of fascia of the secular muscle on TM and graft of skin removed of right forearm in the MAE.
