OBJECTIVE: To report a case of bilateral nasolabial cysts diagnosed in the ENT Clinic at the Marcílio Dias Naval Hospital and contribute to a literature review, focusing on the diagnostic process and treatment of this pathology. CASE REPORT: A female patient, 42 years old, complaining of chronic nasal obstruction. At rhinoscopy, there was a bulge in the anterior floor of the right nasal cavity. Computed tomography showed bilateral mass with soft tissue density located in the nasolabial region of the left and right, causing deformation of the lateral and anterior limits of the floor of the nasal passages due to compression. The wounds were surgically addressed by an intra-oral, allowing excision of the cysts. CONCLUSION: Nasal-labial cysts are uncommon lesions, usually unilateral, more common in females, located near the nasal hauling cartilage and extending to the inferior nasal meatus, and nasolabial folds. Often asymptomatic, they can manifest with facial asymmetry and nasal obstruction when bulky. Surgical enucleation of the lesion is the treatment of choice, with good prognosis and rare relapses.
