A case of a female kidney transplant patient who acquired ear sporotrichosis after a car accident is reported. This article aims to highlight, besides of the rarity of the case, the importance of differential diagnosis in an immunocompromised patient, as isolated cutaneous forms predominantly occur in the head and neck area.
