Introduction: Motion sickness is a sensation of nausea and/or discomfort that occurs during movement situations, either in children or in adults.
Objective: The purpose of this study is to tell the benefits of the Vestibular Rehabilitation in the motion sickness (discomfort provoked by the movement) in a child.
Method: The patient underwent an otorhinolaringologic, audiologic and otoneurologic evaluation. Vestibular Rehabilitation worked on optokinetic and vestibulo-ocular reflexes and orientations.
Results: All symptoms disappeared with RV, without the use of medications and without disrespecting the maturation of the central nervous system.
Conclusion: Vestibular Rehabilitation was efficient in the treatment of this child with motion sickness.
