A 52-year-old-pacient presented with sudden onset of severe and incapacitating vertigo objects associated with hearing loss on the left, preceded by intermittent tinnitus ipsilateral wheezing type. The physical exam the patient was normal, except for inability to perform the tests of static and dynamic balance due to severe vertigo. Among laboratory tests, there was hypertriglyceridemy (608mg/dl) and change in the curve glicoinsulinemic (60 min = 200mg/dl). The otoneurologic examination showed peripheral vestibular deficit syndrome left sensorineural hearing loss and audiometry with moderate to severe left. In the auditory brainstem response (ABR) showed interval P1-P5 in normal limits in both ears. The Magnetic Resonance revealed the presence of hemorrhagic/protein content in the vestibule and semicircular canals on the left.
