The knowledge of the anatomy of the larynx is fundamental for the surgical success. However, this ability is only developed after an exhaustive training and dissection. The limited access to post-morten larynxes may be a great difficulty for this training. The 3D estereoscopic images can be used for teaching and documentation. The objective of this study is to demonstrate its utility in the study of the anatomy of the larynx, using one post-morten larynx was photographed using the anaglific method for reproduction of 3D images.
