Several types of grafts and materials are used in rhinoplasty, such as implants (polyethylene, metilmetacrilate, silicon, Supramide, Proplast, politetrafluoretilene, Dacron, Gore-Tex), homologous and autologous cartilage, etc. We present our casuistic in the usage of grafts in rhinoplasty and discuss about their utilization, indications, advantage, disadvantages, and complications. Up date, there is not an ideal graft for all nasal areas. The appropriate material is chosen in agreement with the surgeon\'s preference, based on its characteristics and on the surgical needs.
